Foam Padding; Marine Grade Close Cell Foam.
Polyester Webbing (Polyester Webbing has the best UV resistance)
The Covers are made from Marine Grade Acrylic Canvas , it is hard wearing and has the best UV colour stability-we have 18 stock colours but if you fancy something different give us a call on 07850660225.
We Offer 3 Methods Of Fixing.
1. Standard Toe Strap Plate.
2.Webbing Loop
3.Eyelet
Super Stick Rubber Grip
We also do Rubber grip on our toe Straps -we call this "Super Stick" this makes the straps a lot more grippy and works well with most boots and bare feet-it is a combination of the Rubber Compound and textured finish that provides the grip-this adds about £8.00 to the cost of the standard padded strap -it really does make hiking a lot less effort.
Webbing Toe Straps.
We can make make plain webbing straps with no padding or rubber grip, we can howeve fit rubber grip to standard not padded straps.
Ordering.
We find it is easier to call us to place and order due to the variations of straps. If you can send a drawing thats even better.
What we need is the length overall and the fixing method ,and if you require a loop to take an elastic to hold the straps up-Then give us a call.
