Paddle BoardsPaddle Boarding or SUP is a fairly new sport. At Cygnus we have been Paddle Boarding for a number of years. We are not going to list all the paddle boards on the web site, but we will stock the boards that best suit our area and conditions. If you are planning on going in the surf we will also have more specific boards available and will stock boards suitable for moderate wave conditions. Paddle boarding or surfing in big waves takes a high level of skill and courage! Paddle boarding is an excellent way to stay fit and enjoy the scenery and is regarded as an excellent way to improve fitness. We will have boards for hire and will be running introductory courses as well as finding some interesting areas to explore.
