Hi Richard,

I fitted my toestrap on Saturday, and when I sailed on Sunday I nearly forgot where I was heading! So THAT'S why you put 'sticky' stuff on the back of them! I didn't realise that I used so much effort in keeping my feet in one place, until suddenly they didn't move, and I didn't have to. It made hiking soooo comfortable and loads easier. There wasn't much wind on Sunday until near the end of the race when it swung round and filled in, and I didn't have very long to appreciate the difference, so I now can't wait until next time I sail to try it out again.

(And to think that when I was changing it, I looked at the old one , which was padded but covered all round in nylon, and wondered if I was doing the right thing!)
